The SEMA Show is a HUGE annual automotive trade show that we were very excited to attend. Anyone who's anyone in the automotive world goes to SEMA to showcase their products and latest builds. It's not open to the public, so you have to be in the industry to attend. People come from all over the world for this show. Even before we ever realistically thought about going, Tim has said he's wanted to go. Whirlwind Vegas trip!

We are home after a couple great weeks in Las Vegas. It was a long trip, but so worth it! Being in Vegas was lots of fun. We gambled a little bit, ate some great meals, and did all the touristy things, like watch the Bellagio fountains, checked out Counts' Kustoms, and even made it to the Hoover Dam. It was a business trip though, with Tim there for Lumilor training and us attending the SEMA Show. Chevrolet revealed their new 2016 Chevy Camaro Krypton at the 2015 SEMA Show this week. It is one of their new custom Gen 6 Camaros. Lumilor training is going great!

It's been a great week so far! TD Customs is here in Las Vegas getting certified in electroluminescent paint application, and it couldn't be going better. There is a lot to learn. Lumilor is so cool! Seeing the light come through after applying the coating system, especially for the first time, is awesome. Tim is absolutely loving the class. He is learning all about the product, how to create the electric charge, apply it to all different kinds of surfaces, and how it reacts with other topcoats, etc. It's a fairly complex application process, so he and the others in the class have been working on painting flat square panels and speed shapes ...

What colors does Lumilor come in?

One question we keep getting is, what colors does Lumilor come in? Most of the electroluminescent paint we have seen has been in the original white or blue/green Lumilor color. This is the color that is most intense and allows for the most light to shine through. It is also the most sought after color at this time because of its overall look and functionality.
