Mountain Motor Show 4.2.16
We stopped by the Mountain Motor Show this weekend at the WNC Agricultural Center, and got to see some great builds! They had an indoor and outdoor section that held vendors and their booths, as well as those who registered their car to be included. Space was limited, so they only selected the top entries.
And look what we ran into – one of our customers’ restorations at the car show! A lot of our customers enjoy our local Asheville car shows and bring their cars out for others to see whenever they can.
It’s great to run into these cars that we put so much time into. We get to see how beautiful they look next to all the other flawless classic cars out there.
The ’56 Buick Special was getting lots of attention from everyone who walked by. We overheard a couple people comment on the paint and how this car was one of their favorites.
We also saw the RimzOne/ Burrell Images sponsored truck that we saw at the SEMA Show. It’s got the most awesome sound system, and super intense off-road lighting that nearly blinded me when he turned them on at the SEMA Show and I happened to be standing right in front… It’s impressive!
We didn’t have a car ready for this past Mountain Motor Show, but Tim’s El Camino will be ready soon with a brand new rebuilt motor and a custom paint job that will blow your mind. We’ve got big plans to show off TD Customs’ restoration and custom paint work on the El Camino. The entire El Camino build is going to be completely unique and unlike anything else out there.
We can’t wait for this summer’s car shows!!
Follow us on Facebook to keep up with progress on the El Camino and when the local car shows are. We hope to see a lot of you this summer!
