First, we hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! We were able to spend some great quality time with our families, and hope you did too! We skipped out on Black Friday, may get in on some Cyber Monday, but really wanted to give a little shout out to the best shopping day… Small Business Saturday. [Man, is there any other weekend with so many days dedicated to shopping!?]

As a small business ourselves, we understand what goes in to building a business and working toward its growth. We started this business working out of the garage, and have since moved into a new building and grown a wonderfully loyal customer base. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s worth it. We love what we do, and our customers make that possible!

Also as a small business ourselves, we know that small businesses generally have much better customer service! You aren’t just another customer when you come into our small business. Every person that walks in to the shop is greeted by Tim or myself, and we take the time to speak with you about anything you need. Tim answers all phone calls right away. If there is ever an issue, Tim will always correct it immediately.

We get to know our customers and develop lasting relationships with many. You can take your vehicle anywhere, but you chose to bring it to us. We appreciate that, and want you to be glad you did!

We view it as a mutually supportive relationship. Our customers are supporting and helping us, and by repairing their car or giving them an awesome paint job, we do the same for them. We know that providing this type of excellent customer service will make a difference, and will encourage you to come back again and to tell your friends about us.

In many cases, body work is an art. It takes talent to be able to repair body damage and create flawlessly smooth body lines. And of course custom painting takes experience and talent as well. Not everyone is able to produce show-quality work. Larger auto body shops that have many technicians working, may lack the expertise that only comes with doing every aspect of the job for many years, and may not care as much. TD Customs is located in Mills River, NC.
