TD Customs’ 2019 Calendar!
It's that time of year for a wrap up of our coolest paint jobs, restorations, or jobs from the previous year. We've been busy and are fortunate to have a lot to choose from!
For January we have the 1931 Chevy Cabriolet that we did body work on and painted in parts. When this one left our shop, it was in pieces The owner had done a lot of work on the case, and wanted to assemble it himself. He also added a black vinyl top that compliments it really well. This classic car is a beauty!

In February, we're looking at the impressive Polaris Slingshot. The owner of the Slingshot came to us from over 3 ...

2018 Mountain Motor Show featuring TD Customs’ Lumilor
Saturday was the 3rd annual Mountain Motor Show at the WNC Ag Center in South Asheville. We've been going since it started, and it's always been a good time.
TD Customs is located in Mills River, right down the road from the Ag Center, so we always like to go to the car shows in our neighborhood. The Mountain Motor Show is a big car show that shows off cars, trucks and motorcycles in different categories. They range from Best Classic to Best Hot Rod, among others. Cars are displayed both inside and outside. Saturday was a beautiful, sunny day, so it was perfect to show off all the cars under the sun, as well as under the indoor bright lights....
Mountain Motor Show ~ 4.3.17
The Mountain Motor Show was this past weekend at the WNC Ag Center, and there were a lot of awesome looking cars and trucks to be seen. It was a good time!
Cars were displayed both inside and outside, with the ones inside being judged for best in their categories, as well as Best in Show and People's Choice. There was a good variety of old classics and new modified vehicles. The car that stole the show with two awards was a '37 Studebaker.
TD Customs was there with the El Camino on display. It has our own custom blue and silver paint job, with lace print on the roof, the side sail panels and the scallops on the hood. Quite a few people ...
Mountaineer Antique Car Show
The Mountaineer Antique Auto Club Car Show was this past Friday and Saturday at the WNC Ag Center. They had lots of classics and modified cars out in the front grass area, a swap meet of different car parts, and the car corral in the back building, which is where we were. The car corral included some of the most impressive cars; some of which were for sale, others just on display. I must say, it was the best spot to be since it was so hot out this weekend and the building had A/C!
TD Customs was set up in the car corral area, displaying the TD Customs El Camino and the Lumilor lit motorcycle. We asked for a back corner of the indoor area so we ...
2016 Ride for Kids Bike Show
This Saturday was the 2016 Ride for Kids Bike Run & Show, hosted by Schroader's Honda of Hendersonville and the Asheville Outlets, and it was great to see so many cool looking bikes and get to show off our own!
The TD Customs motorcycle was done just in time to make it to the show. It has electroluminescent paint on the tank, hard bags, and front fender that lights up through the blue and silver top coat lace paint job. We painted it to match the TD Customs El Camino, and it looks great in the sun and definitely at night while it's all lit up. Here is her daytime look...
It was a beautiful day for a bike show. There were a lot of ...
Mountain Motor Show 4.2.16
We stopped by the Mountain Motor Show this weekend at the WNC Agricultural Center, and got to see some great builds! They had an indoor and outdoor section that held vendors and their booths, as well as those who registered their car to be included. Space was limited, so they only selected the top entries.
And look what we ran into - one of our customers' restorations at the car show! A lot of our customers enjoy our local Asheville car shows and bring their cars out for others to see whenever they can.
It's great to run into these cars that we put so much time into. We get to see how beautiful they look next to all the other flawless ...
