VW Wesfalia Camper Van Refinish & Paint
This VW camper van was a cool project, just because it’s a little different than your average car or truck paint job. We were itching to get a peace sign on there, but this one was done classic, all the way.
This camper van was being refinished back to original condition and original colors. The top color is an off-white, and the bottom is their VW classic brown color.
Here is what it looked like before…
When the camper van came in, it needed some body work and rust repairs. We got started on the body of the camper right away. We sand the body down until it is smooth, and all the little waves are now straight.
It also needed a new windshield, new window seals, and a new headliner, all of which we do here. Once the camper is in primer, it is a blank slate and ready for paint! We also painted the wheels to match, going from standard metal to white.
The owner was very happy with the finished product, and said he couldn’t believe he had waited so long to get it done. The camper is now all painted and ready for a summer of fun road trips.
Campers are fun to do. We did another camper about a year ago, and we are currently working on another.
If you’ve got a camper, car, or truck you’ve been wanting to fix up, wait no longer! Spring is almost here, and you will want your vehicle in top shape.
