We are home after a couple great weeks in Las Vegas. It was a long trip, but so worth it! Being in Vegas was lots of fun. We gambled a little bit, ate some great meals, and did all the touristy things, like watch the Bellagio fountains, checked out Counts’ Kustoms, and even made it to the Hoover Dam. It was a business trip though, with Tim there for Lumilor training and us attending the SEMA Show.

Primarily and most importantly, we were there for Lumilor training, which could not have gone better. Tim LOVED the class and really enjoyed learning this new technology. What’s not to like? This stuff is so cool! He got to practice on quite a few test panels and learn the process from some great teachers. We also brought the test panels home with us, including a couple picture frames, so they’re up in the shop for anyone to come check out! Our motorcycle will be getting the very first Lumilor paint job, so we’re excited for that as well. Stay tuned!

We were also able to attend the annual SEMA Show while we were there as well. The SEMA Show is basically a car show on steroids where every industry leader comes to reveal their latest vehicles, builds and products. Only the best of the best are able to get in to show their work. We were attendees and got to see all the newest products and some very cool cars, trucks and motorcycles. Everything is custom done for the show, and is on another level! Basically, it’s Disneyland for car enthusiasts.

We got to meet some cool celebrities, like the cast from Street Outlaws, Aaron Kaufman from Fast N’ Loud, Richard Petty, and Chris and Jessi from Overhaulin’. Tim even won a custom built lamp from Von Hotrod on the last day!

I plan on writing more blogs about SEMA, since there was so much to see there. We could have walked around that place for another week and still not seen everything there was to see.
