TD Customs was featured on FOX Carolina News 21 this week, showing the Asheville and Greenville communities what an excellent safety feature electroluminescent paint can be on a motorcycle.
There are so many motorcycle accidents simply due to drivers not seeing the bikers out there on the roads. Increasing visibility is a big concern for many motorcyclists. Lumilor is a new paint product that lets you add light to your bike as a safety feature, as well as having a totally new way to customize the look of your motorcycle.

Mountaineer Antique Car Show
The Mountaineer Antique Auto Club Car Show was this past Friday and Saturday at the WNC Ag Center. They had lots of classics and modified cars out in the front grass area, a swap meet of different car parts, and the car corral in the back building, which is where we were. The car corral included some of the most impressive cars; some of which were for sale, others just on display. I must say, it was the best spot to be since it was so hot out this weekend and the building had A/C!

TD Customs got some attention on Asheville's WLOS News station Tuesday morning! It was great getting to talk about our custom paint services, including the new electroluminescent paint, Lumilor, featured on our TD Customs motorcycle.

Electroluminescent paint turns your motorcycle into a light bulb that you can turn on and off with a switch. We're making lots of progress on the Trans Am restoration, and it'll be ready for paint in the next week. Once we really got into the body work on this car, we realized there was more body damage than we originally thought. Sometimes the car just takes a little more work to get it perfectly straight. A paint job won't look good if the body work is not done right. Once a car is painted, it's easy to see all the little waves and imperfections, so this is really the most crucial part of the restoration and the part that takes the longest to do.

This Saturday was the 2016 Ride for Kids Bike Run & Show, hosted by Schroader's Honda of Hendersonville and the Asheville Outlets, and it was great to see so many cool looking bikes and get to show off our own!
