lumilor light up paint motorcycle
The first LUMILOR electroluminescent paint job to leave TD Customs, folks! This 2002 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic, affectionately known as Babydoll, got a special little detail added to the fairing this week. We painted the name 'Babydoll' in the electroluminescent paint, Lumilor, so it can light up at the flick of a switch. Lumilor is an Electroluminescent Coating System that allows us to paint light onto almost any surface. The paint contains conductive particles that allow it to light up when electrically charged. We find ourselves answering people's questions with, "Yes, it's the paint that lights up!" It's ok; when we first heard about Lumilor, we couldn't believe that there was an actual paint that lights up either, and we wanted to hear more too! So yes, it is the actual paint that lights up. We are home after a couple great weeks in Las Vegas. It was a long trip, but so worth it! Being in Vegas was lots of fun. We gambled a little bit, ate some great meals, and did all the touristy things, like watch the Bellagio fountains, checked out Counts' Kustoms, and even made it to the Hoover Dam. It was a business trip though, with Tim there for Lumilor training and us attending the SEMA Show. Primarily and most importantly, we were there for Lumilor training, which could not have gone better. Tim LOVED the class and really enjoyed learning this new ...
